dc.description.abstract Dr Victoria Mukami has a PhD in Information Technology from Durban University of Technology, South Africa. She has a Master of Science in Information System Technologies from Wilmington University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Kenya. Dr Victoria has been a lecturer for over 10 years whose passion has been catalyzed by her education with the obligation to shape young minds, support the community. Additionally, Victoria is continuously looking for ways in which information technology can bring out positive health outcomes. Victoria's other passion is instructing students to learn on their own. To go beyond what is provided in class or as is seen in the 'Kenyan scene', going beyond examinations. Learning to learn represents a critical skill for any human to involve. It is the skill that makes great innovators, researchers, and problem-solvers of our time. As a facilitator, Victoria realizes that to harbour any hope of the upcoming generation surpassing their skill levels, it is the implicit need for us as facilitators to teach them to thirst for more, to yearn for change and to look beyond their comfort zone. en_US
